Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Una Galbraith Glass. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute my Shipping Policy.

Currently, I am only able to offer shipping to customers within the UK. If you live outside the UK, unfortunately I am unable to offer shipping to you at this time. 

Business days are Monday-Friday.

Order Processing Time
All orders for in-stock products are processed within 3 business days. Please be aware that orders placed after 12pm may not begin to be processed until the following business day. Orders may not be shipped on the weekends or holidays. 

For custom, personalised or items being restocked, I will contact you to advise how long your order is expected to take, and if this changes, I will contact you to inform you.

If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of you order I will contact you. 

Shipping and Delivery Options
Shipping options are chosen at Checkout (where applicable). Where FREE postage is offered, UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class for orders under £100 value, or Royal Mail Special Delivery for orders over £100, unless stated otherwise. Please note Royal Mail may experience delays occasionally and timescales are for guidance only.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped which will contain any tracking number(s).

Loss and Damages
Una Galbraith Glass is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Royal Mail to file a claim. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
