Refund policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please email unagalbraith.glass@outlook.com as soon as possible, with subject heading "CANCELLATION". In the body of the email please include your full name, order number and full address.
If the order has not yet been shipped I will cancel the order and refund you, minus any postage if applicable.
I cannot guarantee that I will be able to cancel your order, as your it might already have been posted. If this is the case, I will notify you of this and once delivered, you can proceed with a return, details below.
ReturnsI have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me at unagalbraith.glass@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Any return shipping costs are payable by you, unless otherwise agreed. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded (unless arrived damaged), such as custom products like special orders or personalised items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns or refunds for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
